This central pitch (marked as 30 on the map below) has plenty of outside space and wonderful views of the Nidderdale countryside. It is available to site a new static caravan for March 2024, with a base that will fit a 32ft x 12ft caravan.
The ideal caravan would be a green Cypress Europa with anthracite windows. Light, modern and welcoming, this popular choice is the perfect home from home. It sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a spacious double and a twin (plus room for an extra two people on a pull-out bed in the living space). It also boasts a kitchen, spacious living area with dining table and soft seating, shower room, double glazing, central heating, gas fire, integrated fridge freezer, hob oven and extractor, USB charging point in lounge and outside light. There is an annual pitch fee per year, for a nine month season starting 1 March. A new base fee is also payable to Studfold. Costs on application.
